Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions of contract shall apply:
We require written confirmation of all bookings from the client by fax or email, which implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Bookings must be secured by a deposit of £20 per room, payable in advance. Cheques to be made payable to Mrs A P Partridge.
Payment
Payment shall be by cash (for balance of payment), or cheque. Cheques to be made payable to Mrs A P Partridge. We are unable to accept credit card payments.
Cancellations
We hope that you will not need to cancel your reservation however, our policy is important for the success of our accommodation business, as we do not overbook rooms. We therefore need sufficient time to re-book your reservation in the event of cancellation.
* All deposits are non-refundable
We strongly advise our customers to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover accommodation costs in the event of cancellation at short notice.
Take-Away Food
In the interests of cleanliness, we do not allow take-away meals or any type of cooked meal to be consumed in the bedrooms.
Confirmation of Arrival
Please advise us by telephone or email (if you did not do so at the time of booking), of your anticipated time of arrival, otherwise we might not be available when you arrive.
Smoking Policy
For the comfort and safety of ALL guests, Needlehole operates a strict no smoking policy in its rooms.
Loss or Damage
Guests are themselves liable for any loss, damage or personal injury caused at the premises.
Check in/out
Immediate room occupancy cannot be guaranteed before 3pm on the day of arrival, although we will try to accommodate you as best we can. Please advise us if you intend to arrive during late evening.
Rooms should be vacated by 11:00 hrs on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
General Alterations to Terms & Conditions
Changes to room rates and occupancy terms & conditions can be made at any time and without notice.
