Our menus are updated regularly and wherever possible, our food is produced using only locally sourced products. Brian is passionate about food and loves to experiment with a variety of flavours, creating an individual menu for every day of the week.

Here are some examples of Brian's daily menus:

	To start:		Soup of the Day		Creamy Garlic Mushrooms		Avocado with Prawns
	Main Course: (All served with seasonal vegetables)		Steak, Mushroom & Ale Pie		Sirloin Steak		Prawn & Boursin Topped Salmon Fillet
	Dessert:		Poached Pears with Raspberry Coulis		Cotswolds Ice cream		Rhubarb Crumble with Custard

All to be followed with coffee or tea.

For those not wanting a full meal, we have a 'light bites' option available. Jacket Potato, Beans and Melted Cheese, with a choice of pud's.
